Happy 11-12-13!!

A surge of weddings is expected today, the penultimate consecutively-numbered date this century. After December 13, 2014, the next consecutively-numbered date won’t roll around until January 2, 2103. Various news reports these past several days suggest that the world will see a surge of weddings on Tuesday, in the apparent belief that it’s good luck to tie the knot on a consecutively-numbered date.

At the altar it should be quite a scene,
On Tuesday, 11/12/13.
Couples who feel they can no longer wait,
Are vowing to marry on that date.
As for what time to do it, with precision I mean,
try 8:09:10 on 11/12/13!**
