Rotarians Out and About
What is that old cliche’ about the rolling stone and the moss? They must have had the Rotary Club of Oxnard in mind when they came up with that one.

Program Information
A wide variety of interesting programs keeps our club vibrant.
Last Week’s Program
Our program last week was Julia Chambers of Gull Wings Children’s Museum in Oxnard. The museum caters to 2 - 12 year olds, and up to 30,000 visitors pass through the place each year. Founded in 1986, the museum still serves as the County’s only children’s museum.
The Museum serves 30,000 visitors per year in the approximately 6,000 square foot facility in Downtown Oxnard. Programs include regular story times, arts & crafts, music and directed education programs.
In search of a new facility (current location has no air conditioning), a fundraiser will be held June 1 in Downtown Oxnard, “Community Among Friends.” Get more information about the event here.
The museum’s motto is Explore, Giggle, Grow — a good motto for everyone actually!
